In with the good:
Not mine, credit goes to the artist,
who seemed to take the words right out of my head. 🙂
Good coffee and chocolate!
Beautiful Necklace (see it in our shop). Some Good Words!
Let everything that breathes praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
Then Jesus, crying with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands I commend my spirit.” Having said this, he breathed his last.
Out with the bad:
Out with the negative self-speak.
Out with the negative attitude towards others.
Out with the anger that sits in your heart from old wounds.
This weekend I give you a challenge.
Spend time each day thinking about the good things in your life,
the things you are grateful for.
With each good … take a deep breath in.
With each breath out, I want you to think of something that has irritated you,
angered you, or made you uncomfortable. Or think of a negative thought you’ve had about yourself.
Breath out until you have no more breath left.
Then breathe in again, with the good thoughts.
Till you can’t take any more breath in.
Hold, while you savor that good thought.
I have found this to be very helpful.
Just take a purposeful breath.
