When you really need help
there is nothing worse than bad customer service.
When you have had a crap day and just have an issue the same is true.
Since tomorrow is Five Minute Friday
The prompt is “Help”
I just had the best customer service experience ever
I’m doing Five Minute Friday on Thursday night.
Web hosting was something I knew NOTHING about so when I was looking to get my own domain I remembered the catchy commercials and almost called on one of them, but I took some advice from some folks over on the 30 Day blogging challenge facebook page and didn’t call the one remembered but went to SiteGround instead.
Sometimes I’d like to think I have it pretty together when it comes to technology
and then I try to actually do something technical.
SiteGround has made starting up my site easy, fun, and even exciting.
I don’t do well with frustration… I’m working on that.
So today I get on, and I start making some changes, and WHAM! all the sudden I can’t log in.
I go once again to the 30 Day Blogging Challenge friends get a couple of suggestions on where to start, set up a chat with SiteGround and 10 minutes later they have detected my problem and gotten me up and running again.
And he said it might be 15 minutes before I even get the email.
Customer service that is faster than they say they will be?
I’m all in.
So, if you are searching for a hosting site that is there to serve their customers and not just build numbers like some others out there… I’d recommend SiteGround every day of the week.
How’s that for some help?
