Connect With Gratitude
Something that I have found very useful, is to connect with gratitude.
It is really so easy.
Sometimes we make it more difficult than is necessary.
If you feel like starting a journal, and writing down three things you are grateful for a day,
then do so.
But this is to add to your life, not to be just another thing to stress over.
It can be as easy as this.
At night, right before you go to sleep.
Close your eyes,
and think of ONE thing.
ONE thing in that day to be grateful for.
If the only thing you can think of as you close your eyes
is that you made it through a tough day.
Then voice that as your gratitude.
Connect with gratitude,
in any way that you can,
at any moment you can.
There are no rules in this,
except to connect.
If you set it in your brain that you will find ONE thing to be grateful for,
I promise, your brain will find at least one thing,
and like any exercise,
the more you do it,
the easier it gets.
There are 21 days left in January.
By the end of this month, you will notice a difference.
I have found that setting an alarm helps me when I’m trying something new.
But do try.
I’d like to hear your thoughts on this.
Comment on how this has helped,
or comment something that you are grateful for today.
