You are on a quest to find your happy.
We’ve talked about the fact that “happy” is different things to different people.
You’ve made a list of things you are passionate about.
You’ve made a plan.
You know what makes you happy, and you have a realistic view of how to make that your norm.
But then Life happens and you throw up your hands to your face and blurt out
“I can’t even…”
When that happens, go back to your lists, your vision, your plan. And get back to work.
And also, it might help to decide not to care.
Because you do care.
Confusing right? Not so much.
See when life goes backward and you find yourself sinking, then you need to make a conscience decision not to sink.
Someone says something and you feel unappreciated.
Choose not to care. Choose to ignore that nagging feeling.
Choose to go back to your plan and keep working.
Because whatever happened, whatever was said, you’ll be able to deal with it BETTER if you just go back to your business.
It’s hard work, this happy quest.
Don’t give up.
Don’t be sidetracked.
JUST KEEP MOVING!
