What do you search for?

Ever notice how we are always searching for something?

As kids, we search through catalogs (or now online) for things to put on our Christmas list. We search for adventures. We search for fun.

As teens, we search for who we are, who we will be, more adventures.

As adults, we search for purpose, love, reason.

As older adults, we search for the reasons why things didn’t go the way we thought they would?

Somewhere in the middle…

In between all those things we find ourselves searching for the “now” things.

Today I search for the “right” words.
The “right” tone.
The “right” explanation.
More faith…
and a comfortable bra – lol

Matthew 7:7 “Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.”

Because I believe that God only tells what is true, I know that I will find what I am searching for … and exactly what is mine to find.
